Given the recent changes to DSAs funding and provision, the Department for Education (DfE) recently commissioned IFF Research to evaluate the appropriateness of the current DSA model. The main aim of the study was to assess the extent to which DSAs are meeting their objective, which is to reduce barriers to learning that disabled students might experience, with a subsidiary aim to explore the impacts of the recent changes to DSAs funding.
